We are a nonprofit rural  health care center located in Baggs, WY providing services to the citizens and visitors of the Little Snake River Valley.

September 13th (4:00 pm - 6:30pm)

Board Meeting in the Higher Education Bldg in Baggs,  Public is welcome. Officers will be elected at this meeting. Executive session is schedule to start at 6:30pm to discuss matters considered confidential by law.

Clinic Expansion

We have been approved to expand the clinic.  Expect construction September - November.  Will be adding a second floor and limited first floor remodel.

Monday through Friday

9:00 am - 12:00 pm

12:00 pm - 1:00 pm (closed for lunch)

1:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Rich Sadvar Tuesdays       1:00 - 3:00 

Dr. Hughes   Wednesdays  8:00 - 12:00

Dr. Rummel   Thursdays      9:00 - 12:00

Counselor     Thursdays      9:00 - 5:00

Dr. Pense      Fridays         9:00 - 11:30
